Agreement to Terms

Welcome to FairChoice Trenton Artificial Grass. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our artificial grass installation services in Trenton, NJ and surrounding areas.

Services

We provide professional artificial grass installation services including residential turf, commercial turf, pet turf systems, putting greens, playground turf, sports turf, turf removal and replacement, and paver with turf installation.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to site conditions, safety concerns, or scheduling conflicts.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide to us. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, measurements, and material requirements discovered during the installation process.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. After 30 days, pricing may be subject to change based on material costs and availability.

We require a deposit before beginning work. The deposit amount will be specified in your quote or contract. Final payment is due upon completion of the installation.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Once you accept a quote and pay the required deposit, we will schedule your installation. We do our best to complete work on the agreed timeline, but weather, material delays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect the schedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled installation date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Property Access and Site Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the installation area and ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work zone during installation. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features before we begin work.

We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property during installation, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other features that were not properly marked or disclosed.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our installation workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in our installation work but does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or acts of nature.

Artificial grass products carry manufacturer warranties separate from our installation warranty. We will provide you with warranty information for the specific products used in your installation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FairChoice Trenton Artificial Grass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of FairChoice Trenton Artificial Grass and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
